Preheat oven to 180℃.
Line a brownie pan (28 x 18 cm) with baking paper.
Heat and stir butter and chocolate over low heat until melted and combined.
Remove from heat and stir in the sugar.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Stir in vanilla essence.
Add/Sift in dry ingredients and mix well.
Stir in white (or your choice of) chocolate chips.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
Allow to cool completely in the pan.
Cut and enjoy!
