Cinnamon Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Self Raising Flower
  • 1 cup Caster Sugar
  • 3 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons Mixed Spice
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 Eggs
  • 85 g Butter melted

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients (except butter) to a large mixing bowl or the bowl of a cake stand mixer.
  • Melt butter and pour over the top of ingredients.
  • Beat for 3 minutes.
  • Pour into a prepared 20cm cake tin.
  • Bake in a moderate oven (160℃ fan forced/180℃ conventional) for around 35 minutes until cooked.
