Cinnamon Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Self Raising Flower
- 1 cup Caster Sugar
- 3 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons Mixed Spice
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 Eggs
- 85 g Butter melted
Instructions
- Add all ingredients (except butter) to a large mixing bowl or the bowl of a cake stand mixer.
- Melt butter and pour over the top of ingredients.
- Beat for 3 minutes.
- Pour into a prepared 20cm cake tin.
- Bake in a moderate oven (160℃ fan forced/180℃ conventional) for around 35 minutes until cooked.
